It doesn't really do it justice but this is the view out of my office window. The sun sets across a valley on the other side of the building so for about 20 minutes at about 3.30pm (at this time of year) we get an amazing evening light across the field before it disappears behind the building.
The trees are amazing orange and tonight's orange glow made them shine like nothing I've ever seen. Tried to photograph it so that I could share it but as I said, the picture really doesn't show it like it was.
Could write something profound about the trees reflecting the light like we reflect God but I'm too zonked to think about it coherently so insert your own profound comment.
