Most of you will have seen the news about a month ago, about the violent xenophobic attacks which started in Johannesburg and spread to other areas of South Africa, including Durban and Cape Town.
The violence has calmed down (at the time of writing) but has left many people with homes and lives to rebuild, and, for many communities, a general sense of fear.
Thank God for...
- the end of the violence
Please pray for...
- the many people and families who were affected by the attacks
- the churches in Durban and across South Africa who are ministering to their communities as they try to get their lives back to normal
