I've been looking at the Greenbelt's Year of Living Generously and We Are What We Do websites today.
Fab idea - basically loads of suggestions of things you can do to change the world. Some of them are ecological, some political, some friendly, some spiritual.... You can pretty much guarantee that there'll be at least one thing there you've already done (for example I already take a mug to work instead of using the plastic cups that come out of the machine.)
The challenge at the Greenbelt site is to do at least 2 of the actions every week for a year. The challenge for me is how not to let this just become yet another list of good intentions.
