guess the actor

 This is an image from the film I watched last night. Here are some clues as to the actor:






  • the character in this image is Scarecrow


  • the actor doesn't look anything like this anymore


  • you might know him more as a singer


  • he's been in the news a bit recently


  • he's been famous since a young age
