Yep... more mostly pointless information but it's quite interesting and passes an hour or so if you're bored.

I discovered that last summer, houses in my road sold for £110,000 and 6 months later, they were selling at around £220,000. That's not a bad price increase if you're a seller. Shame we're renting eh? (actually... maybe that's WHY we're renting?)
